Board of Directors Meetings

Due to the holiday schedule, the next Board of Directors meeting will take place at 6 p.m. on Thurs., Dec. 5th.

A Special Meeting will take place at 6 p.m. on Thurs., Dec. 12th Executive Session: ORS 192.660(2)(a) and 192.660(7) To consider the employment of an officer, employee, staff member or agent.

Meetings take place in the administration office. Meetings are streamed on the CPRD YouTube channel and may also be viewed remotely on Zoom.

Regularly scheduled Board meetings generally take place at 6 p.m. the fourth Thursday of each month at the CPRD administration office at 125 S. Elliott Road in Newberg, Oregon.

Exceptions: The Board meets only if necessary in July and November, due to the Thanksgiving holiday, and Newberg Old Fashioned Festival in July. The December Board meeting typically takes place on the first Thursday in December.

All meetings of the Board of Directors must be open to the general public, unless specifically exempted by law (ORS 192.20 and 192.630). Regular Board meetings include opportunity for public comments. It is the intent of the Board to allow all citizens the opportunity to give input on any issue that is addressed by the Board. See How to speak at a Board meeting.
