Meetings typically take place in the administration office. Meetings are streamed on the CPRD YouTube channel and may also be viewed remotely on Zoom.

Regularly scheduled Board meetings generally take place at 6 p.m. the fourth Thursday of each month at the CPRD administration office at 125 S. Elliott Road in Newberg, Oregon.

Exceptions: The Board meets only if necessary in July and November, due to the Thanksgiving holiday, and Newberg Old Fashioned Festival in July. The December Board meeting typically takes place on the first Thursday in December.

All meetings of the Board of Directors must be open to the general public, unless specifically exempted by law (ORS 192.20 and 192.630). Regular Board meetings include opportunity for public comments.
