Meet the Directors
The CPRD Board of Directors is an elected board of five persons. The positions are at-large. Terms are four years. Candidates must reside within the CPRD District and be registered to vote. Special District candidate elections are held through Yamhill County Elections Office every odd year; two members run on one odd year, and the other three run on the other odd year, in accordance with rules for Special Districts. Responsibilities of directors also include serving on the Budget Committee, serving as the CPRD Foundation Board of Directors, plus serving as Board officers (President, Vice-President, and Secretary-Treasurer), and also as liaisons to various citizen advisory committees and partnering municipal entity Boards and committees.
Visit the Yamhill County Elections website for details on elections and how to run for a position on the CPRD Board.
