Meet the Directors

 

Three vacancies to the CPRD Board of Directors will be open for the upcoming Special District Election. Election Day is May 20, 2025. (Special Districts elect their Board members in May of off-numbered years.) Terms expire in 2025 for Gayle Bizeau, Jim McMaster, and Lisa Rogers. The first day to file for candidacy is Feb. 8, 2025. The deadline to file for candidacy or to withdraw is March 20, 2025. Forms must be submitted and filing fee paid to the Yamhill County Clerk's Office.

The CPRD Board of Directors is an elected board of five persons. The positions are at-large. Terms are four years. Candidates must reside within the CPRD District and be registered to vote. Special District candidate elections are held through Yamhill County Elections Office every odd year; two members run on one odd year, and the other three run on the other odd year, in accordance with rules for Special Districts. Responsibilities of directors also include serving on the Budget Committee, serving as the CPRD Foundation Board of Directors, plus serving as Board officers (President, Vice-President, and Secretary-Treasurer), and also as liaisons to various citizen advisory committees and partnering municipal entity Boards and committees.
