Honorary Board Members For Life
CPRD Board of Directors has recognized the following longtime Directors for their distinguished service by bestowing upon them the honor of the title "Board Member for Life."
- Donna McCain - served 24 years, 1985 - 2009
- Mike McBride - served 34 years, 1981 - 2017
- Don Loving - served 32 years, 1991 - 2023
Honorary Board members are entitled to attend meetings and participate in Board discussions, but are not eligible to vote. All plaques commemorating developments during their lifetimes will list their names as honorary members of the Chehalem Park and Recreation District Board of Directors. In order to bestow this honor, Board of Directors pass resolutions naming the individual Director as an Honorary Board Member for Life and recognizing him or her as a friend and teammate to CPRD.
