How to attend meetings
Committee meetings take place at 5:30 p.m. on the second Monday of each month, in the Board room at the CPRD Administration Office at 125 S. Elliott Road in Newberg. These are public meetings and therefore open to the public. Attend either in person or remotely using the Zoom information below, or watch the livestream on the CPRD YouTube page.

Aug. 22: CPRD Board of Directors appointed Tony Roos to the committee.
Aug. 21: At its Aug. 21st meeting, the committee voted to move its meetings to the second week of each month; however, which day has yet to be determined. The next meeting date will be published on this website.
Aug. 16th: The extended deadline for applicants.
July 16 update: The committee met for the first time.
June 28 update: At its meeting on June 27th, the Board of Directors appointed Jeff Dillon, Joe Fischer, Roger Kulman, Dennis Lewis, Tom Sheridan, Robert Travers to the new Chehalem Glenn Golf Course Clubhouse Citizens' Advisory Committee.
The Board also agreed to reopen the application window in an effort to bring the committee to an odd number. The deadline to applications is August 16th. The Board will appoint any additional members at the August 22nd meeting.
June 24 update: The deadline to apply has passed. Thank you to all who applied. The Board of Directors will consider appointment of committee members at its June 27th meeting.

About the Committee
The purpose of the committee is to provide recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding the new construction of a clubhouse at the golf course.
- Members must reside within CPRD boundaries.
- Terms are for two years.
- The committee will determine its meeting schedule.
- Members are appointed by the CPRD Board of Directors.
- Appointed members must sign the written CPRD Policies: Committee Rules (approved Jan. 25, 2024.).
