Being tough is not about talking, posturing, making a lot of noise or trying to intimidate others. If you want to see a truly tough athlete, look for someone who is disciplined enough to physically and mentally practice hard every day, to focus and become great at the details, to be able to take correction, display strong body language, recover quickly from mistakes, choose the difficult right over the easy wrong, and able to put the team ahead of themselves!
