Where and How to Register

Register online - You can register for most CPRD activities on this website - on the webpages for Sports, Recreation, Community School, Fitness, etc., or through the Online Registration database webpage (the tutorial video above will guide you). 

Recreation and Community School classes you can also find the class you want to attend and click the month, and that will bring up the link to register.

Exceptions include registration for activities at Chehalem Senior Center, which are all done at the senior center or by calling 503.537.9404; and for Chehalem Glenn Golf Course, 503.538.5800. Also, that we do not conduct registrations for baseball; please see the website links to Newberg JBO and Cal Ripken on our Youth Sports/Spring Sports webpage to register.

Register in person or by phone - Activity registrations and facility and park shelter reservations are handled exclusively inside Chehalem Aquatic and Fitness Center. (Please note no registrations nor reservations are handled at the administration office on Elliott Road.)

Early Registration Discount Policy

The early bird gets the worm! When you see a lower price for an early registration discount, it means you can save money by registering up until five days before the class begins. 

Scholarship/Financial Aid

Scholarships and financial aid are available for all of our activities. Just ask the front desk staff for an application.
