Notice: System Development Charge Modification

The CPRD Board of Directors will meet to discuss proposed SDC changes at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28 at the CPRD Administration Office. This is a continuation of the regular meeting held June 22, 2017. The purpose of this meeting is to focus on the proposed changes to System Development Charges. Public is welcome.

Chehalem Park and Recreation District issues 90-day public notice pursuant to ORS 223.304 of the intent to modify its park system development charge. 

A technical report addressing the methodology and calculation of the proposed charge will be available for review after Friday, April 21 at the CPRD Administration Office, 125 S. Elliott Road in Newberg, or by calling 503.537.4165. The report will also be posted on this website after April 21. 

A public hearing to take comments regarding the proposed modification to the system development charge is scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, June 22 at the Administration Office. If you wish to comment but cannot attend the public hearing, please address written comments as follows:

Written comments must be received by 4 p.m. Monday, June 19 in order to be considered. 

The Board of Directors holds monthly meetings at 6 p.m. at the Administration Office at 125 S. Elliott Road, Newberg, OR. There will be meetings on April 27, 2017, and May 25, 2017; public participation is allowed, and voicing concerns or views is encouraged.
