Board of Directors Meeting & Budget Hearing

The BUDGET HEARING will take place on May 23, during the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting. This is a public meeting. Its purpose is to discuss the 2024-25 budget as approved by the Budget Committee on April 9, 2024.

Two executive sessions will take place during the regularly scheduled May 23rd Board of Directors meeting for the following:

ORS 192.660(2):(e) to conduct deliberations with designee on real property transaction negotiations ORS 192.660(2)(f): to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, and

Executive Session to consult with legal counsel, consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, and for other purposes as provided in ORS 192.660(2)(h), ORS 192.660(2)(f), ORS 192.660(2)(b), and ORS 192.660(2)(i).
