| March 29 | Proposed budget delivered to committee and Board of Directors, and made available to the public at CPRD Admin. Office |
| April 2 | Budget Committee meeting to discuss proposed budget - 6 p.m. at Admin Office. Open to the public. |
| May 23 | Public Budget Hearing 6 p.m. at Admin Office, as part of the CPRD Board of Directors meeting. Open to the public. |
| June 27 | Board of Directors meeting 6 p.m.at Admin Office: vote to adopt proposed budget, make appropriations, and impose and categorize taxes by resolutions. Open to the public. |
| July 5 | CPRD staff to submit approved budget and resolutions to Yamhill County Clerk and submit tax certification documents to County Assessor. |
